Patch Generator

Generate random Deluge synth presets tuned by category.

How it works & limitations
  • You can drop the generated XML into your Deluge SD card's SYNTHS folder and load it as a new preset.
  • The "Preview" button is experimental and cool, but don't expect a 1:1 match with what the Deluge will output. Sometimes it's fairly close, others it's hilariously off.
  • Pro tip: many of these start out kind of bad, but it's perfectly possible to arrive at a good patch with some slight adjustments on your Deluge.

How it works

Pick a category (pad, lead, bass, keys, FX) and hit generate. Each category constrains randomization to musically useful ranges — pads get slow attacks, bass gets low octaves, leads get bright filters.

Using patches

Download the .XML file and place it in your Deluge SD card's SYNTHS folder. Load it as a new preset from the Deluge's preset browser.
